1. Our Commitment

1.1 Purpose of This Policy

At Crazy Tower (crazytower.mobile), we believe that entertainment should never come at the cost of a player's wellbeing. This Responsible Gaming Policy sets out the principles, tools, and support mechanisms we maintain to ensure that every person who interacts with our platform can do so in a safe, informed, and controlled manner.

This document forms part of a broader compliance framework that also includes our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. All three documents should be read together to gain a full understanding of your rights and our obligations.

1.2 Core Principles

Our responsible gaming framework is built on four pillars:

  • Prevention — We proactively provide information and tools to help players recognise and prevent problem gambling before it develops.
  • Protection — We implement controls that shield vulnerable individuals, including minors, from accessing gambling services.
  • Intervention — We make self-assessment tools and player-controlled limits readily available so that intervention is possible at any stage.
  • Support — We signpost players to accredited professional support organisations at every relevant touchpoint across our platform.

1.3 Applicable Geography

This policy is specifically tailored for players accessing Crazy Tower from Australia. All amounts referenced on the platform are denominated in Australian Dollars (AUD). The minimum age to create an account and participate in any gaming activity on Crazy Tower is 18 years, in accordance with the applicable standards for the Australian market.

2. Recognising Problem Gambling

2.1 What Is Problem Gambling?

Problem gambling is characterised by persistent or recurring gambling behaviour that causes significant distress or impairment to an individual, their family, or their broader social and financial circumstances. It exists on a spectrum — from mild patterns of risky behaviour to severe dependency — and can affect people of any background.

We strongly encourage all players to periodically and honestly review their gambling habits. If you recognise several of the signs listed below, we urge you to use the protection tools described in Section 3 or to contact a professional support service listed in Section 6.

2.2 Warning Signs Checklist

Ask yourself the following questions honestly. If you answer yes to three or more of these statements, your gambling may have moved beyond recreational play:

  1. Do you spend more money on gambling than you originally intended, or than you can comfortably afford?
  2. Have you attempted to reduce or stop gambling, but found yourself unable to do so despite wanting to?
  3. Do you feel restless, irritable, or anxious when you try to cut down or stop gambling?
  4. Do you gamble to escape problems, relieve stress, or manage negative emotions such as guilt, anxiety, or depression?
  5. After losing money, do you find yourself returning to try to win it back ("chasing losses")?
  6. Have you concealed or misrepresented the extent of your gambling activity to family members, friends, or colleagues?
  7. Has gambling caused significant strain on your personal relationships, work performance, or financial stability?
  8. Have you borrowed money, sold possessions, or engaged in dishonest behaviour to fund your gambling?
  9. Do you find yourself thinking about gambling frequently, such as planning your next session or reliving past wins?
  10. Has the time or money you spend on gambling progressively increased in order to achieve the same level of excitement?

Remember: Identifying a problem is the first and most important step toward addressing it. You are not alone, and help is always available.

3. Player Protection Tools

3.1 Overview

Crazy Tower provides a suite of player-controlled protective tools that can be activated at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at support@crazytower.mobile. These tools are available free of charge and take effect promptly upon request.

3.2 Deposit Limits

A deposit limit restricts the maximum amount of funds you can deposit into your account over a defined period. You may set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit at any time.

  • Reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately upon confirmation.
  • Increasing a deposit limit is subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before the increase becomes active. This delay is intended to protect players from impulsive decisions made during heightened emotional states.
  • Deposit limits can be set to any amount in AUD that you consider appropriate for your financial circumstances.

3.3 Loss Limits

A loss limit caps the total amount you can lose within a specified timeframe — daily, weekly, or monthly. Once the limit is reached, you will be temporarily prevented from placing further wagers until the period resets.

  • Reductions take effect immediately.
  • Increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off review period.

3.4 Session Time Limits

A session time limit allows you to define the maximum continuous duration of each gaming session. When your session limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out of your account. You may also enable a pop-up reminder to appear at regular intervals during play to notify you of the time elapsed and the amount wagered.

3.5 Wager Limits

A wager limit restricts the maximum stake you can place on a single bet or spin. This tool is particularly useful for players who wish to manage in-session expenditure more granularly.

3.6 Cooling-Off Periods

If you feel you need a short break without committing to full self-exclusion, you may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period:

  • Your account will be suspended and inaccessible for new deposits or gameplay.
  • You will not receive any promotional communications from Crazy Tower.
  • The period cannot be shortened once activated — you must wait for it to expire naturally.
  • You may request a withdrawal of any available balance at any time during a cooling-off period.

3.7 Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a formal commitment by a player to be excluded from all gaming activity on Crazy Tower for a defined minimum period. It is designed for individuals who believe they are experiencing, or are at risk of developing, a gambling disorder.

  • Self-exclusion periods are available for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, or permanently (indefinite exclusion).
  • Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the minimum period has expired.
  • Requests to lift a self-exclusion are subject to a mandatory 7-day reflection period and require you to contact our team directly.
  • We will suppress all marketing communications to self-excluded players and will take reasonable technical steps to prevent account access.
  • We strongly recommend that players seeking self-exclusion also register with BetStop — Australia's National Self-Exclusion Register — to extend their exclusion across multiple licensed operators simultaneously. Visit www.betstop.gov.au for details.

To request self-exclusion, contact us immediately at support@crazytower.mobile. We will process your request as a matter of priority.

3.8 Reality Checks

Players may opt in to reality check notifications, which deliver periodic on-screen messages summarising your current session duration and net balance change. These notifications serve as a brief, grounding reminder to reassess whether your gambling remains within the parameters you have set for yourself.

3.9 Account Closure

If you wish to permanently close your Crazy Tower account for reasons unrelated to problem gambling, you may submit a request at any time via support@crazytower.mobile. Permanent account closures are processed within five (5) business days. If your reason for closure is related to problem gambling, we will treat this as a self-exclusion request and apply the relevant protections accordingly.

4. Tips for Responsible Gambling

4.1 Healthy Gambling Habits

Gambling should be approached as a form of entertainment — not as a strategy for generating income or recovering financial losses. The following guidelines represent best practices for maintaining a healthy relationship with gambling:

  • Set a budget before you play and commit to it. Only gamble with discretionary funds — money you can genuinely afford to lose without financial impact on your daily life.
  • Never chase losses. Attempting to recover lost funds through additional gambling is one of the most common behavioural indicators of problem gambling.
  • Set time boundaries. Decide in advance how long each session will last and honour that decision, regardless of your results.
  • Take regular breaks. Step away from the screen periodically to eat, drink water, and reassess. Long, uninterrupted sessions impair judgment.
  • Avoid gambling under the influence. Alcohol and other substances significantly reduce the quality of decision-making and increase the likelihood of excessive wagering.
  • Maintain balance. Gambling is one form of entertainment among many. Ensure it does not crowd out other activities, relationships, or responsibilities that are important to you.
  • Never gamble when emotionally distressed. Using gambling to cope with stress, grief, anxiety, or other negative emotional states is a significant risk factor for developing a gambling disorder.
  • Understand the odds. All casino games are designed with a mathematical house edge. Winning is possible, but over time, outcomes will reflect the statistical probability of the game. There is no system or strategy that guarantees profit.
  • Use our tools proactively. Do not wait until you believe you have a problem to activate deposit limits, session limits, or cooling-off periods. These tools are most effective when used preventatively.

5. Protection of Minors

5.1 Age Restriction Policy

Crazy Tower strictly prohibits the use of its platform by any person under the age of 18 years. This restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. Any account found to have been registered by or used by a minor will be immediately closed, all winnings will be voided, and any deposits will be returned subject to verification.

5.2 Age Verification

All players are required to successfully complete an age and identity verification process before being permitted to deposit funds or participate in real-money gameplay. This process may involve submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and other supporting documentation. We reserve the right to temporarily restrict account functionality until verification is complete.

5.3 Parental Controls

We strongly encourage parents and guardians to utilise third-party parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites. Recommended tools include:

In addition, we advise all account holders to keep their login credentials strictly private and to ensure that devices used to access Crazy Tower are password-protected and not accessible to children or teenagers in their household.

5.4 Reporting Underage Access

If you have reason to believe that a person under the age of 18 has accessed or is attempting to access Crazy Tower, please notify us immediately at compliance@crazytower.mobile. All reports will be treated confidentially and investigated with urgency.
